I think this was in a Flintstones episode

This is bound to leave some people feeling squeamish, but Virginian spa Yvonne Hair and Nails is offering a wild new treatment for cleaning up dead and calloused skin on your feet. Simply dunk your feet into Yvonne’s foot baths and have tiny toothless carp chew away the dead skin on your feet in 15 to 30 minutes, leaving it soft and easy to remove during a finishing-up conventional pedicure. Not surprisingly some people find the treatment ‘a little ticklish’. The treatment costs $50 for a 30 minute nibblefest.

So apparently the going rate is $100 per hour to have fish eat your feet. Don't worry, they've only been chewing on a dozen other people's nasty foot fungus and putrid-smelling dead skin over the past several hours. Come get 'em while they're still hungry!

That is one way to look at it. Of course, you could also think about the millions of microorganisms that eat your dead skin in your bed too.

Do they ever get full of eating dead skin? I would.

That's a good question. Maybe they have a new set of fish that come in after six feet or maybe the sixth person doesn't get a quality foot job because the fish are full. Regardless, there is a flaw in the system.
